Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Sale or final sale items

• Intimate or sanitary goods (if applicable)

• Custom or personalized orders

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at chuxutrading68@hotmail.com.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item (e.g., different size or color), please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at chuxutrading68@hotmail.com with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
